SmartDrain alerts you to a plumbing or other leak in your crawl space, while draining the water away until you can have the leak fixed.

The SmartDrain has a special base with holes in the sides and a wide rim at the top, that is set into a hole surrounded by crushed stone in the lowest spot of your crawl space. It is specifically designed to work in conjunction with the CleanSpace system.

The engineered shape of the cover enables the water to fill an alarm pocket first and then sound off the WaterWatch alarm so you know as soon as possible about the leak. The water then flows down the airtight floor drain, into the base which acts as a drywell until you can fix the leak.
