A vital part of keeping a crawl space dry is to make sure that crawl space flooding is addressed. Clean Crawl Space, Inc. installs the SmartSump Crawl Space Drainage System because not just any sump pump will do.

This specially designed crawl space sump pump includes a sturdy sump pump liner and two-piece airtight lid. We use high quality Zoeller 1/3 horsepower cast iron pumps with automatic float switches. A CleanPump stand is installed at the bottom of each sump liner to keep the pump out of any silt or sediment that may wash into the liner. A WaterWatch alarm on the unique lid design will warn the homeowner of any sump pump failures or plumbing leaks in their crawl space.  Then the water can drain down into the sump through an airtight floor drain, without letting damp air from the sump up into your crawl space.

The SmartSump crawl space sump pump is available with or without an optional UltraSump battery backup pumping system. This backup sump pump system has a second pump in case of pump failure, a second switch in case of switch failure, and a second power source in case of power failure. The UltraSump is able to pump out over 11,000 gallons of water on a single charge- enough that you can sleep easy, knowing your crawl space will be dry all the time!
