I have already convinced a neighbor to use Clean Crawl Space. This is some of the best money I have spent in terms of home improvements. The damp, musty smell is completely gone and the lower level of my home feels warmer. Everyone I came in contact with from Clean Crawl Space was professional. The workers were extremely clean and tidy and were proud to show off the finished product. From the first time I contacted Larry to give me an estimate to the time I finally decided to have the work performed did I ever get any sales pressure. Project: Repair or Replace a Sump Pump It ended up all that had to be done was plug in the existing sump pump in the new house we bought, but the service person was very nice and professional, and we weren't charge for the visit. They could have told us it wasn't working and we needed a whole new system, if they were dishonest. I can't speak to their actual installation, since we were lucky enough to not need it, but if we did need a new system I would certainly have them back.

Quality Product / Quality Service - clean and efficient installation. Workers were courteous and took time to explain reason for length of time to do work, etc... Hardworkers - they deserve a raise! Have told a lot of peoples and friends (about your company)

Larry the sales person spent an hour under the house to determine what the need was. He quoted the price of the service, showed me pictures of the crawl space and described the installation in a professional manner. The installation crew lead by Raul was excellent. Raul developed a better solution to drain the output of the sump pump. They crew worked diligently and completed the job on time. Within a couple of days, moisture in the house palpably decreased. I can recommend this company.

It was a great experience from start to finish. The work was perfect. It was finished in the time frame that was discussed before starting. There was some unforeseen issues that had incurred extra costs, BUT they were very kind to me and worked with us on the extras. Dave, Larry,Barbara, Raul, Reynaldo, and the other helpers were great!!
